With beautiful weather beaming down on us, Jonathan and I shared our vows in the presence of family on Saturday afternoon at 5pm. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Jim Gambrill at St. George’s Church in York Harbor, ME. It was our intention to ensure that our families were actively involved, so my brother JC stood by my side, and Jonathan’s sister Allison was his “best man”. My two cousins Joe (14) and Charles (11) served as Ushers, Jonathan’s cousins Griffin and Graham as acolytes, and 6 little girl cousins of Jonathan and me (Carlisle 12, Cate 9, Chauncey 8 3/4, Nicole 8 7/8, Cristina 6, and Caroline 5 3/4) served as flower girls.

The day was perfect. Family came from all over and we had a wonderful time singing and dancing at our reception at Jonathan’s parents home here in Ogunquit. Our photographer, Julia Russell, was kind enough to email us this sneak peek photo taken in Barnacle Billy’s garden.

Today we are off to the Red Sox game, and then are grabbing an evening flight abroad. Stay tuned for some exciting pics of our destinations!

Thank you everyone for your emails, texts, Facebook postings etc. It’s been so hectic that I haven’t had a chance to respond! But I appreciate each and everyone!
